About us
This website is run by APXE Ltd (company no. 15512775, registered office Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX). ProAir (ProAirUK Ltd, company no. 15766526, 58 High Street, Sandhurst, Berkshire GU47 8DY) provides the estimates, surveys and installations.
The estimate form
The form on the estimate page is ProAir’s, built with Quotido. Whatever you fill in, from your name, phone and email to your address and the rooms you want cooled, is sent to ProAir so it can prepare and follow up your quote. ProAir decides how that information is used, as set out in its own privacy policy. The form may rely on cookies or similar technology from Quotido in order to function.
Phone calls
ProAir answers calls to the number on this site. The number shown is ProAir's own line.
Browsing
APXE Ltd never gathers names, numbers or emails on this site itself. The host keeps standard server logs, for example IP address, browser type and pages requested, for a limited period for security purposes. The site uses Google Analytics in cookieless mode to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not set analytics cookies or identify you; Google receives basic, anonymous information about each page view, such as the page, referring site and approximate location, and processes it on APXE Ltd's behalf. There are no advertising cookies.
Your rights
Data protection law lets you ask to see, correct or delete data held about you, or object to it being used. For anything entered in the estimate form, contact ProAir. For this website, email APXE Ltd at [email protected]. If you are not satisfied, you can raise a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
