Website terms
Terms that apply when you use this site.
Operator
This website is operated by APXE Ltd (company no. 15512775, registered office Crown House, 27 Old Gloucester Street, London WC1N 3AX). It gives general information on home air conditioning and a way to request an estimate from ProAir (ProAirUK Ltd, company no. 15766526).
Guide prices and information
Online estimates are indicative only and are not an offer. Your price is set by the written quotation ProAir provides after a survey. General notes on this site, for example about leases, freeholder consent or planning, are not advice about your particular home.
Your contract
Should you decide to proceed, the survey, equipment and installation are supplied by ProAir under ProAir’s own terms. APXE Ltd is not a party to that contract.
Accuracy and liability
We aim to keep the information here correct, but cannot guarantee it is always complete or current. Where the law prevents liability being limited, these terms don’t try to limit it.
Law
English and Welsh law applies to these terms and to any dispute about them.
